Every year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, our Children’s Ministry collects canned goods and blankets to donate to needy families around our community. Our church also supplies each family with a turkey.
A ministry of the Hispanic Ministry of FBCPC. Volunteers give their time to people who desire to learn the English language, or who have difficulty with English. They use the Bible as one of their teaching aids and incorporate the gospel message in the teaching sessions.
In 10 years of Feed the Bay events, approximately 1,662,359 pounds of food have been collected and distributed back into our community’s food agencies. Once a year we participate in the community wide effort, but food can always be dropped in the collection box in the Church Library.
The Children’s Home has been serving abused, neglected, and orphaned children since 1904. The FBCH has four major service areas: campus ministries, community ministries, adult developmental ministries, and international childcare missions.
Keep In Touch Ministry (KIT) takes Christian community to the elderly and shut-ins of our church. Twice a month a team gathers together and makes visits to love, encourage, and pray for friends of our church that are no longer able to attend regular services.
Our church recognized a need for affordable living for seniors in our community, so we birthed The Towers and Living Center. Together, they offer housing to 117 families. Our church facilitates Bible studies, holiday celebrations, and from time-to-time, different groups prepare meals.
Our church founded and oversaw the PCC until 2009, when they reorganized and appointed their own Board of Directors. The Pregnancy Care Center is an organization offering life-affirming solutions to women, men and families facing pregnancy and resources to pregnant and parenting women and their families.
